You may return certain items, they must be new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 7 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping and handling charges incurred) and minus a 20% restocking fee unless the listing clearly says FINAL SALE NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES in this case the item cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. The reason why most of our items are final sale is because a lot of our inventory needs to go so we can get ready for the following season.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Customer is responsible for paying the return postage. However if the return is determined a result of our error we cover the return postage. You can e-mail us and we will guide you through the process.

Items that are Not Returnable does not issue refunds or accept returns of the following items:

  • Items that clearly indicate FINAL SALE
  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Items that are not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error or the carriers error.
  • Items that are opened
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Some Health & Personal Care items
  • Skin care or cosmetic products


Refund Process

We'll issue a refund after we receive and process your return.

Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
