At the time of checkout your shipping address and the address on your PayPal payment MUST MATCH, or else this will cause a delay in having your order shipped out to you. You will be notified via email that the shipping address you entered must be added to your PayPal and selected during checkout. Your order will be refunded so you can make the purchase again in order to resubmit payment, this time making sure the shipping address and the address on your PayPal payment match.

Yes, All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

  1. What happens if I try to make a purchase but I receive a "PAYMENT ERROR" after I've logged into my PayPal account?

If you have reached the PayPal page and get an error message, It helps if you open a new tab and go to the shop again, do not hit the back button if this problem occurs. Just open a new tab and enter the site address (www.trendigirlboutique.com), go back to your order and try paying again for some reason if this happens all you have to do is try making payment again and it should work the second time, you will not need to login to your PayPal account again once you open another browser and go to the website it will take you directly to your PayPal and if you have more than one address will tell you to select/ confirm shipping and you select okay and your payment gets processed.

  1. What do I do if a weeks go by and I still haven't received my package or I receive a damaged item?

It is recommended that you purchase insurance to cover this problem or if the item is shipped from a different source then we will contact them on your behalf to have replacement or new item shipped to you.

  1. How do I purchase shipping insurance?

The shipping insurance option is available during check out. Shipping insurance is located in the Shipping page of the check out, all the way at the bottom below the carrier options. Shipping insurance is primarily for orders whose total value is $100 or more. If your order is less than $100 and you still would like to purchase shipping insurance you may check the box, or uncheck it if you do not want insurance.

  1. How do I cancel my order?

Send an email as soon as possible to sales@trendigirlboutique.com letting us know you would like to cancel your order. In the email provide your name, the shipping address and the order number, we will then notify you if your item has shipped or not. You may want to put on the subject heading of your email : ORDER CANCELLATION (followed by the order #), so we can find your email a lot easier.
If your order has already shipped: Since orders in the shipping process cannot be modified, you'll need to refuse delivery or initiate a return when the item arrives. Buyer assumes all shipping costs to return the item unless it was determined our error.

  1. Can trendigirlboutique.com locate and obtain specially requested items for their customers?

Sure why not send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  1. Does trendigirlboutique.com have any catalogs, or inventory price lists that can be mailed to their customers?

Sorry but we do not mail out catalogs, or inventory price lists, we can only process orders on-line. All products, shipping and pricing information can be obtained at our website.

  1. Does trendigirlboutique.com provide the contact information for the designers and manufacturers of the various fragrances products?

No we do not provide this particular service.

  1. Can my order be delivered on the weekend?

Depends on the carrier we use at the time or the date it was shipped.

  1. Where is my item?

If the tracking hasn't been emailed to you, you may request your tracking number by e-mailing us at sales@trendigirlboutique.com. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery date or time, this is left soley to the carrier and circumstance so if your purchase is a gift regardless of the occassion or time of the year we recommend you make your purchase well in advance. A lot of shipments are delayed when a natural disaster occurs like Hurricane Sandy or during the holidays. If you made a purchase anytime between the end of November or anytime in December, you should expect delays due to the upcoming Christmas holiday. The post office is flooded with packages around this time, to avoid delays we recommend purchasing your Christmas gifts well in advance starting as early as October. If its too late for that then we can offer you the Express Mail option through USPS, which is currently not available during checkout but you can send us an email at sales@trendigirlboutique.com for a shipping quote for the express service and if you are willing to pay for it then we will proceed by sending you instructions on how to pay for this shipping option.

  1. How do I return my order for a refund? 

Contact us via e-mail at sales@trendigirlboutique.com and we will guide you on your return. Please refer to the RETURNS POLICY link, to get a list of returnable items.

  1. How long does shipping take?

Depends on destination and the shipping/carrier option you chose during check out. USPS First Class takes 2-3 business days, USPS First Class International takes 5-12 business days.   1. How are the products delivered?

    We mostly use USPS for our orders, but carriers vary, you may also request UPS (for shipping within the United States and Canada only) or DHL (for International customers only) by sending us an email, the difference from the shipping or carrier option you originally chose during check out will be invoiced to you and once the invoice for the difference in shipping cost is paid, the new carrier you requested will be used and the tracking will be emailed to you. In the event that an order totals more than $150 and its being shipped outside the US we will contact the customer, use a different carrier and the cost of shipping will have to be adjusted

  1. What are the shipping charges?

    All orders are set to the default shipping option of Priority Mail in some cases Priority Mail International if your shipping address is outside the United States or Canada, however you have other shipping options/shipping charges to choose from on the Shipping Page of the checkout. Please note however for USPS FIRST CLASS & USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL rules apply not all items are eligible for this service depends on the total value of the order, the weight and the size. Please pay attention to the rules otherwise you will be notified by email to pay any shipping differences and this will delay us in shipping out your order.

  1. Can my order be delivered on the weekend?

  1. I am an international customer and I want to purchase shipping insurance or how do I know my package is insured?

Priority Mail International parcels already include insurance or indemnity against loss, damage, or missing contents. Coverage is calculated based on the weight of the parcel or the value of the contents, whichever is less. You can purchase insured mail service if available for an additional fee. Additional insurance limits vary by country. When international insurance is purchased, it replaces indemnity coverage. Individual country prohibitions and restrictions apply.

For international orders whose total value is $70 or more must ship with USPS Priority International service, as this service provides automatic insurance. For international orders that total $160 or more you will be contacted to pay additional for insurance or another shipping carrier will be assigned to your order and the difference in shipping must be paid in order for us to ship your item, this is done to protect us and the customer from loss.

Besides tracking we offer Registered mail service for international customers, it is an additional option for orders totaling any amount using any of the USPS international shipping options, you may request this for an extra $11.75. Total orders over $70 must be shipped using USPS Priority International.

Registered Mail provides additional protection and security in dispatch and conveyance within the United States. Limited indemnity is included. Individual country prohibitions and restrictions apply.

  1. Why is it that the customer is required to give their billing address when they no longer reside at that residence, or do not want their package sent there; other Internet companies do not require this information?

One of our policies is to verify the cardholder's name and billing information, thus minimizing the number of fraudulent purchases and thereby protecting both our customers and ourselves. Reducing fraud makes it possible for us to lower our prices.

  1. Will the customer's order be sent to their billing address?

    All orders will be sent to the address that the customer has listed as their shipping address.

  2. How long will it take before orders are processed and shipped?
    Once payment has been confirmed, most orders are shipped 24 to 48 hours from the time the order was placed with some exceptions to certain holidays.

    Yes, the customers are required to pay for any items returned to us. We may refund shipping costs if the return is a result of trendigirlboutique.com's error.

    Once it is determined that the returned merchandise is in a resellable condition, we will then issue the customer credit for the merchandise minus a 20% restocking fee.

  3. Once packages have left trendigirlboutique.com's premise, who has the responsibility for product delivery?

    Once merchandise has left our premises, the responsibility for safe delivery is with our carrier. Its mandatory (but not limited to) that orders whose total value is $100 or more will have to be insured in order for Trendigirlboutique to seek recourse from the carrier in the event of loss or damage and subsequently refund all missing or damaged products. For international orders whose total value is $70 or more buyer must choose Priority International service, as this service provides automatic insurance.
